10 Steps to Building Your Web Site

1. Determine Your Layout
Determine your Web design from one of our Standard or Premium packages. (Or you can choose to have your site custom made.)

2. Choose Site Topics
By reviewing the tree diagrams (site maps) of our Standard and Premium packages, decide on the topics for your site. (Also review our Suggested Web Pages for Business Sites section for other ideas.)

3. Develop Content
Once your topics are in place, develop your content, which will include text, graphics, and any other pertinent data. Once these elements are in place, you can send us this information for your build.

4. Authorize the Build
Authorize us to build your site. Here, your account will be set up for billing and customer service. The design you have selected will be used as a "blueprint."

5. Constructions Begins - Phase 1
Construction starts once all the content has been collected and provided to our Web developers. Any minor changes can be made during the construction phase. Minor changes include such things as color, content, photos, headings, fonts, etc.

6. Test Page for Review
Once sufficient information has been gathered, our Web developers will create a test home page for your review. At this stage all minor adjustments should be made to the site. These changes will determine how the rest of the site will be laid out and formatted.

7. Revision - Phase 2
Construction moves to Phase 2. Any additional content or photos for the site should be collected and submitted.

8. Completion - Phase 3
Construction moves to Phase3 (completion), where a final review of the site is made. The site remains in Phase3 until you give the final approval to go "live". This is a formal, written notice.

9. Final Approval - Going Live
Once your site is approved, our Web developers will move your site from its testing location to your registered domain name for public display.

10. Customer Service Follow-Up
All updates, customer service, and billing concerns relating to your Web site may be referred to our sales and customer service team.
