Hosted sites are expected to conform to our policy on appropriate use of the Internet and our servers. By using any of the services provided by Flmonline.net Web Hosting you are bound by and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy
Flmonline.net Web Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend cancel any account that violates the policies. When an account is suspended the web service and FTP service for it is stopped. When an account is cancelled DNS service is stopped, and al directories and email accounts are deleted from our servers.

Cancellation Policy
For your security and protection, cancellation of services must be received via letter or email at admin@flmonline.net. Cancellations may only be made by the primary contact person on the account.

Refund Policy
Flmonline.net Web Hosting has only one plan--an annual contract.This allows us to keep the maintenance costs low,which means we can concentrate on your technical services and provide you the best hosting available at a very inexpensive rate.For this reason, we do not offer refunds beyond the 30day money back unconditional guarantee.

New Accounts
Flmonline.net Web Hosting offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all new accounts. The refund does not apply to the domain name registration fee. As noted above cancellations must be received in the control panel within 30 days of account application.

Refunds will not be paid for account data transfer overages.

If you transfer your account and your domain name was registered through Flmonline.net, we will be using your email address for all future domain name renewal billing - please keep this information current.

This Policy represents Flmonline.net Web Hosting's Acceptable Use Policy applicable to you and your subsidiaries and supersedes any other written or oral Policy.

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time.

By using any of the services offered by us, you are bound by and must comply with this Policy in its entirety. Violations of the guidelines, delineated below, will result in cancellation of your services or such other action as we, in our sole discretion, may deem appropriate.
