- You may not
tamper with other accounts, or commit unauthorized
intrusion into any part of our system, or use any
of our machines, files, accounts, networks to intrude
without authorization into any other system.
- You may not
use any of our services not included in your account,
nor devise ways to circumvent security in order
to access services you are not paying for. This
clause includes, but is not limited to, the scanning
of our network or other networks with intent to
breach and/or evaluate security.
- You may not
use the system in a manner that encumbers disk space,
processors or other system resources beyond those
allowed by the specific type of account. You may
not make deliberate attempts to interfere with a
service, overload a service nor attempt to disable
a host.
- We will react
strongly to the use or attempted use of Internet
services or systems without the owner's authorization.
This clause includes, but is not limited to, password
cracking, defrauding others into releasing their
passwords, denial-of-service attacks (sending packets
with an illegal packet size, UDP flooding, ping-flooding,
half-open TCP connection flooding, etc.). Additionally,
you may not use programs, scripts, commands nor
send messages with the intent to interfere with
a user's terminal session.
E-Mail Abuse

Using mail
services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts,
or autoresponders other than for a customer's own
account is not allowed.
- You may not
send unsolicited e-mail to any account that has
not specifically requested such unsolicited information
or that causes complaints from the recipients of
such unsolicited e-mail. Our services should not
be used to send unsolicited advertising messages
to other network users. You may not flood/spam newsgroups
with commercial or non-commercial postings.
- You may not
continue to send commercial e-mail to a recipient
if recipient has requested that you discontinue
such communication.
We prohibit the transmission of e-mail that is harassing,
libelous, defamatory, legally obscene or pornographic,
threatening, abusive or hateful to non-consenting
recipients.
The forwarding or propagation of chain letters of
any type (including charity requests or petitions
for signatures) is impermissible.
"Mailbombing" (i.e. flooding a user or
site with large or numerous e-mail messages) is
strictly prohibited.
- You may not
forge header information.
We prohibit the use of your account, or network
connection, to collect replies of messages sent
from any another provider that violates the rules
of this Policy or those of the originating provider.
The rules and regulations contained within this
Policy apply to other means of Internet-based transmissions,
including, but not limited to Internet fax or Internet
phone.
Misuse of Domain Pointers

Domain pointers
may not be used to reference a subdirectory of an
existing web site. A pointer is appropriately used
to have more than one way to reach a web site, not
to create multiple sites under one domain. Each
web site should have its own account with Flmonline.net
Web Hosting.

Internet connections
and all other services provided to you by us may
only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or
storage of any information, data or material in
violation of any U.S. Federal or state regulation
or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not
limited to, material protected by copyright, trade
secret or any other statute, threatening material
or obscene material. We reserve the right to remove
any and all materials that infringe on copyright
work. Such materials may be removed at any time
upon receiving a complaint and/or notice of alleged
copyright infringement.
Certain Internet services may contain language,
pictures or other content which some individuals
may find offensive, inflammatory, or of an adult
nature. We do not endorse such materials and disclaim
any and all liability for such content. Access to
such materials is at your own risk.
Use of any information obtained via our service
is at your own risk. We specifically deny any responsibility
for the accuracy or quality of information obtained
through our services.

Can
I pay by check? Can I pay monthly?
Yes, You can pay by Cashier Check, Money Order,
Bank Draft or If you prefer you can pay by Credit
Card and is paid on an annual basis. Payment cannot
be made on a monthly basis. To keep our web hosting
at such a reasonable price, there are no exceptions
to these payment procedures.

How
do I change my billing information?
You may submit new credit card information securely
in the Control Panel under Detailed Account Info.

I
want to cancel my hosting account but would like
to keep my domain name?
Please file a tech support request and select the
category "billing" in the control panel,
indicating that you wish to cancel your account.
We will then notify you if there are any refunds
for your hosting and the technical department will
email you the username and password for your domain
to administer your account with the registrar, OpenSRS.
If you need Flmonline.net to change your DNS information
to your new hosting companies' servers we charge
a $10 fee for this service. Even though you have
transferred your domain from Flmonline.net we will
still be responsible for your $20 annual domain
name renewal fee.

How
do I reactivate my suspended account?
If you would like to reactivate your suspended account
please contact the Billing department to arrange
payment for the account. You will need to pay a
reactivation fee, all outstanding hosting charges
and all pending hosting fees before the account
will be reactivated. Please click here to see the
fees associated with the reactivation.

How
will you bill me for my domain name renewal?
30 days prior to your domain name renewal, towards
the end of your first year, you will be sent an
email invoice notifying you that the amount annual
domain name charge is due. This charge will automatically
be placed on the credit card that Flmonline.net
has on file. You will be charged two weeks before
the renewal date to ensure that we have enough time
to contact you if the charges fail or if there is
a problem with your credit card. If we are unable
to charge your card, you will be sent a message
in your Control Panel every time the charge fails.
You will also received email warnings notifying
you of the problem. If we are unable to charge your
card before the renewal date and if you do not contact
us to make alternative arrangements for payment
the domain name will not be renewed. If a charge
back is done on a credit card payment for your account
and you would still like to continue hosting with
Flmonline.net we will charge a $25 fee to cover
the charges which we incur from our bank.

Flmonline.net
Web Hosting no longer hosts my web site, how will
you bill me for my domain name renewal?
Even if you transfer your domain to another hosting
company, Flmonline.net will still be responsible
for the domain name renewal fees. It is important
that you maintain your contact information with
Flmonline.net so that we are able to reach you when
your domain name renewal is due. 30 days prior to
