Here are a few simple tips to follow to aid a smooth domain name transfer to our servers. It is advisable to keep your previous hosting account active while trying to transfer your domain, that way you can reduce web site down time and loss of emails if there are any problems with your transfer. If your domain name is registered with Network Solutions please read paragraph 1 below. Once you have filled out the signup form AND the domain name server (DNS) information has been modified successfully the transfer will be complete in about 24-48 hours.

• When you sign up your account with us we will automatically sent out an email notification to Network Solutions. They then email the administrative contact for the account for authorization for the transfer. If the email address is a functioning address all you need to do is respond to the email and they will modify your DNS information. If the email address is no longer valid you can still transfer the domain using a faxed authorization. To eliminate a lengthy down time for your web site it is advisable to transfer the domain, get your web site up and then try to modify the contact information for your account with Network Solutions. For the faxed authorization you will need to sign up the domain name in order to generate a NIC tracking number with Network Solutions. Next file a Control Panel tech support request under the InterNIC category, notifying us that the administrative email address is no longer valid, or contact the Customer Service department at customerservice@Flmonline.net.com and we will contact you shortly with instructions on what to include in your fax to Network Solution.
